Body Lift

ok i am probably going to be getting a 3" performance accessories body lift sometime in the near future. i am wondering since i have a 2wd lower bumper valance (my truck is 4wd though!!) when i lift the bumper will it be enough for the tow hooks to go under the valance or not. if not i am going to cut the valance also can you lift the hooks? i dont plan on buying tires just yet so i am going to run stock tires for a while because i just got new ones for christmas so if anyone has pictures of your truck with a body lift and stock tires post your pics and any tips are always welcomed

stock tires and body lift um no wow fugly.. just wait..

you can mod the tow hooks need to weld..... otherwise need to cut the valance..

if your truck came stock with 2wd valance you most likely have a Value ranger

i have been looking around for pics of trucks with a 3 inch body lift and stock tires but not finding any except i saw one but the bumpers were off so i couldn't really tell how it looked i want a lift but tires aren't really an option at this point because i just got 2 for christmas but a kid at my school is selling his wheels and tires off of a sporttrac i didnt really look at them but i caught a glimpse of them and it looks like soft 8's with a decent tire on them so im going to see how much he wants but there pretty new so im not sure if thats an option or not either and if you have or see pics with stock tires please post!!

oh yea......to answer your question on the tow hooks.....yes, you will either need to remove them, or cut your valence to make them work. I'm sure there's some way that you can retain them without cutting, but that will likely require some fabbing customization.

I need to back those guys up (Fx4wannabe,04blackedge). Do not do a 3 inch lift and stock tires. You won't be happy with the way it looks.
You need 33's to make it look great or 32x11.50x15 pulls it off.
