Debating. Body lift or no?

I need to get new tires soon and I wanted to get 31s but now I'm debating whether or not to do a 3" body lift and throw some 33s on it. I want to do something because I want to uncrank the tbars a little bit because the front end rides really rough. Thoughts?

How much are ya'll spending on one? I've always told myself I'd rather spend the extra few bucks for the suspension lift

well a body lift is less than $200 and a susp lift is more than $1500 so there is more than just a little extra. but what i dont get is when u guys all do them and put 33's on what do u do about gears? thats what i wanna know. i want to do a bl and 33's and have the $$ for that but i dont have the grand for gears. btw i have 3.73 and would get 4.56

I'm torsion bars. And I heard spindles weren't worth it if you actually want to off road it unless you spend big bucks on the expensive spindles.

i think he's referring to the amount of guys with broken spindle shafts on the fabtech. it just depends on the kind of offroading you do and the maintence you do to your rig. mud kills the spindle shaft so you gotta clean it good or it'll warp/snap. and its not rated for 33's just 32's but you can run 33's. and dont jump your truck with the fabtech, i think im gunna save for the camburg. itll be worth it in the long run.

Fab and DOUSHGSJKGSDF tech spindles have both snapped over the years alot of the people that have done it have over abused them... and yes keeping the bearings repacked atleast twice a year is a good thing..

Isn't a 3" body lift kinda high? I didn't think suspension lifts were that much. I want to lift my 94 2wd but don't know where to get the parts or which direction to go.

do you have a 4.0 or 3.0? cause i'm running 33's with my 4.0 and i have 3.73 gears and it's fine for me. but if you have a 3.0 with 3.73's that's a whole different story
