body lift and a brush guard

if i bl my truck 3 inches can i use this brushguard?

Sure. If the brushguard is made for a stock Ranger you'll just have to modify the brackets a bit.

As for how to do it, I'd need to see pictures. And as stated... the link doesn't work.
