I did a body lift on my old truck with very very very little experience with cars or trucks back almost 3 years ago. All I had was a friend that knew what some parts were. Took us almost 2 days cause we didnt know what we were doing, but it was definately worth it. Its a rather simple installation.

its simple and you learn something while your at it. if you have basic hand tools i say do it! otherwise look at 500 bucks coming out of your pocket

do it yourself.

if your going to pay close to $800 for a bl (kit and install) i would save a little more and get suspension lift..

or save the $500 and buy some 33's

if i remember right, I used a jack, a block of wood (jack was too short), pliers, and misc wrenchs and stuff. I think the only specific tool you need is the torx bit for the bed bolts. (on an 01 Edge, anyway)

I live in Ptown, but aside from my hands I don't have any tools to help you.

The only active member in OR that I know if that might have the tools to help would be Fx4wannabe01, and he lives in Boring.

Its not hard at all, you don't even need air tools, just a floor jack.
