when you get it pm me i live here in jeannette I helped do one before. But a good tip is to get some pb blaster and start spraying your body bolts now It might not help much but it can't hurt.

You're gonna want my brackets for the front bumper... They're a lot stronger and thicker than the PA ones.

When I did my body lift on my 05 XLT 4x4 I didn't use a torch, just a breaker bar in the cab and a pipe wrench holding the bushing under the truck. When you guys use a torch, do you just heat it up from the bottom, holding the flame on the bottom of the bolt in the bushing? How long do you heat it up, I'm thinking about doing my FX4.

$35 shipped for non welded botls to the brackets, and $40 shipped for welded bolts to the brackets... PM if interested so I can get a head count on how many more I need to cut out.

You can use your own bolts that bolt to the frame horns, or I can weld the same spec factory bolt to the bracket, making it easier to only have to hold the bracket and put a nut on vs. hold the bracket and having to hold the bolt and put a nut on... if that makes sense.

i tried the breaker bar deal with out heat and took for ever to get just one bolt out .

i heated from the head of the bolt for maybe 60 seconds just long enough to see some smoke from the factory thread locker and they twisted out with no problem
