Skid plate with a body lift
 
im doing a 3 inch body on my 06 ranger and was thinking about a skid plate to cover the radiator and stuff can i use a stock plate or am i going to have to go custom? and if you got any sites with good skid plates please post those as well

You can use any skid plate made for rangers with a body lift. The mounting points are in front, on the frame just behind the bunper and in the back, on the front crossmember. almost all of the skid plates in production aren't worth $.02 off road cuz they are so wimpy. the stock Ford one is only i think 1/16 " aluminum and can be bent with ur bare hands. personally i build my own with 1/8" diamond plate and 1/8 x 2" angle iron reinforcing it.
