Styleside to Flareside body lift and fuel filler question?

I'm getting ready to put a flareside bed on my truck, and I was wondering, since I have a body lift, can I get the styleside filler neck to work with the flareside? I know the styleside filler necks are longer, but I was thinking since I had the body lift, that maybe it would work...

Anyone have any experience with this or suggestions?

Thanks!

Thats what I did when I put a styleside on my 93 with a 3" body

Update for anyone else who may be doing the same thing...

I had to cut the fuel filler neck to get it to work. It was between 2 1/2" to 3" too long. I cut off 3 inches and it barely fit, but if I had it to do again I would have only cut off about 2 1/2"...

But it works, no problems fueling up or anything.

I didn't take any pics of me actually cutting the filler neck, but If you look at my avatar you can see my truck now has a flareside bed on it.
