Got a 94 2.3 need it to make some more power. Any ideas, chips, programmers, cold air intakes?

 

nothing...all that stuff does nothing.

want more power? get a bigger motor or find a turbo coupe that you can rob stuff off of

 

You have a 100 hp 4 cyl engine hauling a 3000 lb truck. Nothing you do to it will increase the hp a noticeable amount.
Just save your $$$ and live with it, or consider a V-8 swap. By the time you throw $$$ at intakes, chips, programers, exhaust, your probably half way to what it would cost to swap.
Years ago there were performance upgrades/internal parts thru Ford for those engines, but now hard to come by, and they were primarily used for racing, not street use..
Unless your really attached to your truck, sell it and get a 3.0 or 4.0 powered Ranger. Stuff is out there for those engines, but not the 4 banger. (within reason)
All the items you listed, if you were able to add them to your engine would only add 20-25 or so hp, and would run you big $$$. Then you would have a 125 hp engine hauling around your 3000 lb truck.
There comes a point where there is just not a big enough return for money spent.

 

Keep in mind u need at LEAST 20 or 25hp to feel it in the drivers seat.
These people that add CAI's and say they can "feel" the difference just WANT to feel the difference, they only add a few hp if anything at all, don't believe the hp claims on the box....
