2.3l Ranger won’t start after using seafoam

I have a 2009 2.3l with 160k miles. I was doing a bit of maintenance this weekend and figured I’d give it a go. Got the high milage stuff and put it in my fuel tank. It ran SIGNIFICANTLY smoother after that so I figured I’d give the spray a go too. I followed the instructions on the can and sprayed it into the throttle body and went for a “spirited” drive after. The first 5 minutes of which it ran smoother than it ever has since I owned it. As time went on though it ran rougher and rougher and started making less power before dying a few seconds after putting it in park. Trying to start it results in a few seconds of extremely rough idle before dying.

It threw these codes:

P2196: O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich (Bank 1, Sensor 1)

P0102: Mass Air Flow Circuit Low

It was running fine prior outside of a bit of vibration

Thanks

have you changed your fuel filter? (Take pics
checked your spark plugs? (Take pics of each one.)
checked/ changed your air filter? (Take pics
check for vacuum leaks. maybe you didn't tight the air hoses or inserted it crooked. (Take pics

get a borescope and send it down the intake plenum and try and get down to see the valves. maybe the valves got stuck open from all the gunk you loosened up. or your spark plugs are gunked up.

do some troubleshooting and take/post some pictures.
