2011 Ranger 2.3L throwing a P0171 code
 

Just got this 2011 Ranger 3 weeks ago and it has a P0171 code.

I checked all the hoses can’t find any vacuum leaks, did the old school IAC test and engine stalled almost instantly. Cleaned the MAF and all the other sensors seem to be working properly.
The long term fuel trim is at 25%, short term hovers around 7-10% during idle and goes down to almost 0% during high rpm.

Any suggestions to help diagnose the issue would be awesome!!
