Clutch and tach question

When I press in the clutch, it wines like a power steering pump that's low on fluid. The resevoir is full. Does it have air in it somewhere. How do you bleed the system?

How do you hook up an aftermarket tach? The tach in my truck doesn't read right anyway.

Thanks

The release bearing in the slave cylinder is probably shot and/or the pilot bearing.Time for a clutch job.
If you had air in the system you wouldn't be able to get it into gear.
