Hey, everyone. Has anyone done a successful handbrake install on their ranger?
I have a 1997 2.3 with manual transmission.
The parking break is a pedal so I can't use it to take off on steep hills. I've been practicing the clutch first method and it works but it's gonna wear out my clutch with how many hills are in my city.
I'm thinking of installing a hydraulic brake when I do the rear disk brake conversion. I would keep the parking break too.
Thoughts? Advice?
