my tranny dipstick is leaking and was wondering if there's another o ring that goes on the bottom half of the tube that goes into the tranny

Yes there is normally a seal or o-ring at the dipstick tube.

Go to Ford parts website enter in your vehicle information in the parts diagram you should see the exploded parts diagram for your transmission that will show you the part number.

Or just call the Ford dealer and they will provide the part number, price and tell you if it is available.

I would have looked it up for you but you did not provide detailed information about your truck.

Putting detailed information about your truck in your forum signature helps people help you in a timely manor.

You should put the year of your truck the engine size, what transmission you have, if it is a 2WD or 4WD standard cab or extended cab, what rear end you have and gear ratio

The more information you put in your signature , the less time is wasted and more people will tend to be willing to help you.

Before calling Ford make sure the dipstick tube is mounted securely, make sure the tube is not bent or otherwise deformed which may prevent the tube from seating properly in the transmission.
