Okay guys new to forums so bear with me here.

First time posting so sorry if this is in the wrong section. Ive been gifted a 1996 2.3 5 speed Xl for free and have been trying to get it moving recently and I’ve replaced the clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, slave cylinder, and throw out bearing. I put it all together and start the truck and it won’t go into gear and I can’t figure out why. Clutch pedal was super light so I bled it all and it still won’t go into gear. It feels like I could bleed it a little more but I’m pretty certain I’ve done it enough to rule out the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
