Radiator fluid leak when truck parked facing uphill

Noticed this at gf's house this morning when going outside.

Truck was parked facing uphill (not a steep hill, but a hill none the less). Noticed a small puddle of radiator fluid on the ground coming from somewhere near the right side of the radiator (if you are facing the truck from the front).

Was not significant amount, but I dont like knowing that it is there.

Have had truck parked on level ground now for the past 4 hours, and there is nothing leaking out now.

Could this be the release valve to drain the radiator that has bad seal? Whats easiest way to identify where leak is coming from?

My '89 would leak on the driver's side if parked on hill, or if I hit a big bump and sloshed coolant out of the jug. Would only happen if I overfilled the coolant jug - leak was from the jug that wasn't sealed up near the top.
