problem

During Christmas break my truck started acting up. I thought it was water in the gas so I went to autozone to run the engine code reader and it said 3 cylinders miss fired and o2 sensor 1 is stuck. So I put in new spark plugs, fuel filter and an o2 sensor. The cylinders still miss fire. So I bought a new spark plug coil becuase the other one got cracked. I still had the problem of the cylinders miss fire. So I decided to go to autozone and get the computer to read and it said fuel system to lean bank 1. So we figured out it was the MAF sensor so we cleaned it. My truck started running back to normal so I reseted the computer after the truck got fixed. A day latter the check engine light comes on and it says fuel system to lean bank 1. Im trying to figure out what the problem is and im getting bad gas millage when im driving my truck easy.

sounds like your cylinder #1 fuel injector is seriously fouled
( it is not spraying the proper amount of fuel that is needed )

i would try having your fuel injection power flushed 1st

there is a screw nozzle attached to your engine`s fuel rail
they pull the fuel pump fuse, they run the engine until it stalls
then they hook up a injector power flushing machine that pulsates a cleaning solution through the injectors
( while the engine is running )
