Hey everyone,

My [98' Ranger XLT, 2.5L 4x2 Manual, 102K] has a recurring P0340 code and I cant seem to shake it.

I replaced the sensor and didn't solve it. I had a spare alternator so I threw that in and it seemingly fixed it (drove over 60 miles w/o a CEL).

I believe I've narrowed it down to bad wiring in the circuitry, so, does anyone have any helpful hints or procedures on how to test the wiring in this circuit?

I'm also all ears if anyone has any ideas on how this may be related to another issue.
