T case leak..

T case leak..
okay so my T case is leaking slowly... my buddy told me all i had to do si take the case off after i drain it and make my own silicone seal and just put it back on and fill it up? is that really all i have to do?

seems like the bottom half is leaking... its wet and oily looking 24/7 out the edges of the t case where it would clamp on
