Wild idle and random stalling

Thank you to everyone who very quickly gave me very detailed responses to my post last night! So I made a post last night about my truck bucking and running like crap, I got that all figured out with the correct plug orientation but the truck is back to the same way it was before I did the head gasket. I can guarantee that it is not the coils, iac, plugs/wires, fuel pressure, compression, vacuum leak, and a few other things I’m forgetting but now like it has been doing for well over a year, starts fine but lacks a ton of power anywhere under 3500rpm and when letting it come back down to idle it tends to either stall right out or come incredibly close to it. If you hold the throttle steady you can hear it missing and just running rough but it comes out of it eventually but will always come back when let back down to an idle, if I rev match downshift it’s game over and I will be turning it over for 30 seconds before it fired up and runs on what sounds like 2 cylinders. Tomorrow I plan on testing the cam sensor and the mass air flow just to rule them out but I’m at a loss for words, was gonna bench test and clean the injectors but if that was the case the problem wouldn’t go away and come back repeatedly while driving. Absolutely no codes which brings me to another bonus question, does anyone else have trouble scanning codes? My $3500 solus scanner would show there was 3 dtcs but would bring up no codes if scanned, I ended up plugging a $10k zues scanner up to it and it scanned fine (just some stupid codes from me attempting to bypass IAT sensor). Again thank you in advance for all the help!

also there is a pretty large exhaust leak right behind my cat but I don’t think that’s my issue
