There should be another bolt in the back side of the bracket.
And yes, the Tensioner does have to come off, that bolt goes through the bracket.

Finally got it one of the better ideas I guess/ I think engineers should have to work in a shop for a year before they are allowed to touch a pencil

as a mechanic i hear this all the time. but in honest truth if you actually think about what your doing and have the proper tools (also a torch) almost everything comes apart easily. i work on transport trucks and i can tell you some of these newer trucks are much more difficult to work on than the average car because of the mileage and all the dirt and grease and rust on EVERYTHING... but if you approach the job the right way you will hardly struggle with anything.

unless you strip out a tensioner bolt lol
good luck

in their mind, the crap they design isn't supposed to break.
Most of the engineers don't even know which end of the screwdriver to hold.

I wouldnt go that far... Most engineers were/are mechanics. They chose engineering because it pays like 4-5 times what mechs make. I have multiple friends who are engineers who have no issues with getting their hands dirty before drawing.

As far as the torx bolts, I have never understood the use of them. Let us know how you get it out
