07 3.0V performance parts

i got a 2007 STX auto with a 3.0 in it whats the best performance parts to put on there

Hate to say this, but the 3.0L doesn't have a whole lot in the way of performance. You can get the usual air intake kits and replace the exhaust. Outside of that, the cost for parts really start to rise.

Yeah, I already know ... that's why I dropped my 3.weak like a hot potato and bought a
4.0 SOHC.
Buying a Ranger with a 3.weak was one of my worst mistakes.

They don't really make much performance parts for any of the Ford V6s, at least nothing near in comparison to the Ford V8s.

Hell, you can get more hot-rod parts for the old Y-block V8s than you can for the 3.0 V6.

If you want 3.0 performance, you chose the wrong 3.0. Go 2JZGTE or Go home.
