Hey.
Have a 2003 3.0 non flex, manual. 257135 miles.
Recently replaced the IAC and fuel pump, that's when the poor idle and rough running started.
Getting P2198 and P0102 codes.
Tried cleaning MAF sensor; helped only momentarily.
Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated.

One of things both codes have in common, you have an air leak somewhere in the air intake system after the MAF sensor

Are all the vacuum lines connected ?
Did you use a new gasket on the IAC ?
Did you use a Motorcraft IAC, ? people have had bad luck with other brands.

Thanks for the info
Didn't use Motocraft....too pricey and unavailable at time of purchase.
Tried spraying a combustible around intake to look for leak (s) butt didn't find any
O2 sensor replacement?
I'm really strapped for $, and truck is only getting worse, so need to try to find and fix w/o replacing things unnecessarily.
Thanks

You can test the MAF and TPS if you have a digital multi meter. Here's the links

Thanks, I'll check those out.
Replaced the bank 2 sensor 1 O2 sensor, thoroughly cleaned the MAF sensor and replaced the non OEM IAC, which was under warranty.
(Sensor did NOT want to budge....tons of fun there.)
Made a HUGE difference in how it's running, though still not 100%
Going to put it back on a scanner tomorrow and see what it says now.
Should be interesting!
