2000 3.0 litre key on no CEL pre check

Hi 2000 ranger 3.0. Fuse 19 25 amp in cab good.
I had no fuel pressure at rail. Relay and fuse ok even swapped out relay no change.What does mean I turn on ignition no pre check of check engine light. How do I know if I have a faulty crank position sensor. ??? Thanks. I was about to take bed off. But haven’t yet
install a new pump. Thanks guys

Why do people mess with the color of the font, light gray font on a white background is really hard to read.

Not everyone uses "Dark Mode"
