Hi everybody, I've been trying to figure out what to call this part circled in the picture and see if a replacement is available. It is above the water pump, coming out of what I think is the temp sensor housing, and has one end of a heater hose going to it. It threads in and is filled with coolant. It is rusted out and leaks slightly. I have a 1994 3L V6 Ranger. Thanks in advance for anybody's help.

Yes, the one on the right. Thank you for your help. I realize now I forgot to post the picture.

 

If it's just the elbow without sensor hole then just make your own
It standard pipe thread

And you don't have to disassemble the front of the engine to install it, lol.
