Icon4 3.0 flex fuel rebuild help!

Rebuilding my 99 3.0 flex fuel motor, but cant find a master rebuild kit, or even main or connecting rod bearings for that matter, does anyone know where they sell any online? Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you're mechanically inclined if you feel like you can rebuild this yourself. Have you thought about finding a donor motor? Or even thought about maybe a 5.0 swap from an explorer?

That is odd, I found quite a few when I just did a search?

Master (MK) Kits
Include: Pistons, Rings, Gaskets, Cam Bearings, Rod Bearings, Main Bearings, Oil Pump, Freeze Plugs, Camshaft, Lifters, Pre-lube, and Timing Set
These run about $500

Overhaul (OK) Kits
Include: Pistons, Rings, Gaskets, Cam Bearings, Rod Bearings, Main Bearings, Thrust Washers.
These run about $300

Google: ford 1999 3.0l rebuild kit

Now the 3.0l Vulcan was also used in Ford Cars and was transverse mounted(FWD), these have a different head gasket because coolant flowed in from the back of the engine.
So make sure you get a RWD kit

Flex fuel won't come into play, the flex fuel engine has a slightly different dome shape in the head, but doesn't matter for gaskets, and they had larger flow(LBS) injectors that could feed more methanol into cylinders when running E85
