2003 3.0 Misfire Cylinder 3

Hey guys...been a REAL long time since I've been on here...but it still seems like everyone still likes to help :D

Oh, and sorry about the length of this post, i'm just trying to give as much info as possible.

So my ranger is having a misfire issue, basically it only occurs when i'm trying to accelerate somewhat hard. I've checked it with my scanner and noticed that my long term fuel trim for bank 1 is hanging out around -7% at idle (doesn't change much at 2500rpm) while bank 2 is in the -2% to -4% at idle.

Things I've done so far:
  • New Plugs and Wires
  • Replaced Camshaft Synchro (was getting random multi missfire before, that fixed it)
  • New injector in cylinder 3 (all 6 were replace about a year ago due to most of them failing)
  • Fuel filter was replaced about 3 years ago, going to be replacing it again next week
  • New air filter (not that it matters since it's running rich)
  • Replaced coil pack

What's weird is when i looked at the freeze frame data, it looks like bank 2 went over -10% while bank 1 stayed around the -8% area.

Not sure if the fact that the transmission shop that rebuilt my transmission claimed my gear ratio for 3rd gear was wrong (and changed it) could have anything to do with this.

This is really starting to **** me off, i've been chasing this issue for almost a year now and pretty soon i'll be starting my new job doing roadside assistance (using the ranger).

I know some other things i should look into changing are the O2 sensors, MAF, and what-not...i would think the O2 sensors are fine considering they were installed about a year or 2 ago as well. Only thing is, they were installed and ended up running in a VERY rich environment because i was sold the wrong injectors and the fuel trim was maxed out at -25%...could that have damaged the O2 sensors?

Thanks in advance for the help guys...i'm just really getting sick of dropping money into this thing and not getting a fix.
