Well here goes, I’m working on a 3.0 vulcan engine. I’ve done some interesting upgrades to the engine but my research has kinda slowed down a bit. Tom Morana Racing offers a stroker kit for the 3.0 vulcan engine. My question is does anyone out there know exactly what crankshaft he uses for this kit? I’m trying to bypass his kit and build it on my own which I believe I can do at a much cheaper cost. Doomed pistons can be bought on eBay. Rods are the same,lifters are the same as well as the cam. All I need is the crankshaft which is not the same. If anyone can help me out or if someone has any parts from Morana Racing for the 3.0 vulcan and want to sell or trade for them I’d be interested. not that it matters, but why a vulcan motor.

 

No particular reason. Have already accumulated a few performance parts just wanna see if I can accomplish same results done cheaper.
