I am currently using Mobil 1 5W-30 with a Mobil 1 filter in my truck. But winter is soon arriving and I am considering going to 0W-30 instead for a better startup on those cold days. I've heard of some people doing it but am not sure if I should. The thing is, I park in my garage and was wondering if I should switch? My truck is never really anywhere for long periods of time outside (not in my garage). If you were me would you switch?

Nope. We're not talking a huge difference in weight, and if you're not having starting trouble right now, don't worry about it. This past winter had its share of nights below 20. I never had starting troule, and I use 10w30.
