Any other things before i replace pcm

my pcm reads 135 after running for 45 min.
i have a rough idle, because i run rich.
ive replaced me ect sensor and thermostat and nothing changed.
i get 4.7 volt at the sensor and used a perclip to hotwire it to make it think it was hot alson no effect.
i cleaned all grounds and my dash reads a little below the middle (180 im guessing)
anything i should do before i dump a bunch of money on a pcm that might not fix it.

thanks

Oxygen sensors? Are you Cats working? are they even still working? Fuel pressure regulator? PCM should be dead last in your diagnostics. Not saying they dont go bad.

well after dicking around with this for 2 months we finally found something.
my pcm only reads 135 after running for 45 minuts. my dash gauge says were at 190.
now i have replaced the ect sensor and thermostat. and their is no change ive checked all my wiring and cant find anything wrong, so im thinking its the pcm.
its just something so rare, a lot of people told me they have never seen one go bad without throwing codes. my mazda dealer told me in his lifetime their hes seen 4 replaced. so i think its my last option everything else checks out. now i started a thread asking how to bypass the pats so i could throw 1 in at the wrecker, but some people are worried im gonna steel a car.....
understandable but frustrating

I'm not sure if I'm being an idiot or thinking of another vehicle, but aren't there two separate sensors for water temp? one for gauge and one for pcm? just a thought anyway...
