Acording to my friend Ford had side exit exhauts on some of the newer f150s, but then recalled them because the exhaust was tarnishing the aluminum wheels? Dont know . Maybe I just gotta cleam mine more often PITA

I've had a Gibson side swept exhaust exhaust for over 2 years and have never had any problems.
