Any auto parts store will have these on the shelf next to the electrical fans.
They go through the mounting holes on the e-fan then through your radiator.
Or you could make up your own brackets and bolt it on to your radiator supports
For the temperature sensor all i did was push it into the radiator about 2" away from the inlet hose and used some silicone to hold it in place.
Heres a good how to.

I prefer a clean install whenever available, which is why jabbing a temp probe through the fins of the radiator just doesn't do it for me. On my project car I was lucky enough to do a buyer's guide lookup on the thermostat housing gasket and found a factory thermostat outlet that had threaded fittings for temp sensors.
A quick look-up on RockAuto shows the 3.0s thermostat gasket is a commonly re-used item on multiple applications and not just the 3.0. However I could find no thermostat housings with factory threaded fittings. Is there one out there or has someone ever drilled and tapped their own housing?

No don't have any pics. Basically I sat the efan and its shroud down on my workbench. Then I took the stock shroud and set it on top and lined it all up so everything was flush. Drilled 4 holes through both of the shrouds and ran bolts through them to hold everything together. Then just bolted it up like stock, worked great.
