basic questions on the vulcan

So I just purchased a b3000 dual sport. As far as the performance of the truck, what are the cheap/free mods I can do that I will see/feel an increase with? By the way, my truck is throwing a code that says egr low flow, and I've already replaced the egr valve, dpfe sensor, and the vacuum solenoid. Suppose it's time to yank the TB and clean the crap out of it?

electric fan - $20 from a pull-a-part/u-pull it type place.

If you have 5 cats, cut out the last one and sell it.
