Front tires leaning in?

So I've noticed my front tires lean in on the top and out on the bottom a bit. Whats going on? I've noticed this on other Rangers as well. What suspension parts is doing this? Thanks.

Camber problem

Hi I have a 1997 ford ranger 2wd with the 2.3 I have a problem with the camber the truck has a 4 inch suspension and a 3 inch body lift (wasn’t my choice to lift it it came that way ) anyway sitting on level ground the camber is fine but when I drive it the top of the wheel leans in towards the truck. What could cause this and how do I fix it i replaces ball joints and wheel bearings my freind who knows a little more about cars than I says the frame might be bending due to to much lift on a light duty truck please help
