Got a new coil

So my truck has had a constant check engine light on that's been giving me P0300 and P0305 and so forth. I decided to see if my coil was at fault so I bought a new one today at Napa. I switched it out and the little shake at idle still seems to be there. My check engine light hasn't come on yet since disconnecting the battery to switch the coil but I've only drive it about 10 miles. My question is if the check engine light comes back should I just keep the new coil or put the old one back in and get a refund at Napa?

Actually I don't think I can return it so I guess I'm sticking with it. So where should I go from here to figure out my misfire issue? I heard it can be a faulty crankshaft position sensor as well?
