Govenor

does anyone know how to get rid of the govenor on an 01 ranger xlt? i put it in neutral and rev it. it boggs out at 3000 RPM its annoying.
anything will help

only way is a tuner like the XCAL 3.

Tuner, but the Revs stop a 3k for a reason.
