74k Mile '04 Ranger..

I'm getting closer and closer to that 100k mile mark in my 2004 Ranger Edge.. It has been a ridiculously reliable truck.. very pleased with it. I've been running 5w-20. Any reason I should go with a little heavier oil any time soon? Also, I'd like to do the Seafoam treatment at some point. Any recommendations there? I understand the oil will need to be changed soon after, and spark plugs as well? Thanks

i wouldnt go with heavier oil unless your burning some...but i would switch to high mileage oil and you are correct about changing plugs/oil after seafoam

Yeah, I really don't think it is burning any oil at this point.
