Head gasket Blown??? Help
ok so i got a 2000 ford ranger 3.0 manual trans
The problem is rough idle no power white smoke coming out of exhaust disappearing coolant coolant resivor bubbling any help i think i may have a blown head gasket or maybe a cracked head any ideas also how hard is it to change a head gasket and what does a shop charge any help ??? thanks |
a shop is guna charge you up wards of 500 bucks to do the work

sounds like a blown head gasket to me do you have water coming out of your tail pipe?

Heck the shop I checked with told me 1200...I hope you can find it for a less cost..that does sound like a head gasket though

Not a difficult job to repair, the trick is finding out WHY it blew the head gaskets in the first place, so it doesn't happen again!

yeah cost 750 at a mom and pops shop over in cali,good luck..sounds like a bad head gasket to me.But get it checked by more then 1 shop to make sure its the problem b4 u pay some cockface to do the work and its not even the problem
