HELP
 

I have 2001 3.0 ranger that took a dump a while back , and I found an 03 3.0 with 60,000 miles for $350. Is everything the same on these two engines or will I have to change some things from one to the other?

3.0l's were offered with Flex Fuel and non-Flex Fuel

The block/heads were the same with either, intake and fuel system parts were different, so worst case would be you would swap your old intake, sensors and injectors to new 3.0l, which you may want to do anyway since sensor placement is often shifted around year to year and your wiring harness may not match new intake
