XCal 2 with E85?

I know quite a few guys on here have the XCal 2 tuners, but I was wondering if anyone uses them with E85? I am also wondering what kind of mileage gains you may have gotten with it. I run E85 and want to see if it will change any of the numbers I could see mileage wise. I don't want to shell out $400 if it won't help me in any way at all. Any response is appreciated.

What kind of gains have there been, do you know? Have there been any other issues at all either that the XCal2 may have caused? Even if I get a 2 mpg gain it would be worth it for me.
