Icon4 3 codes, need quick reply.

Hey guys, got a question for y'all. '05 3.0 4x4

Been driving it to school ~30 miles away. every ten miles have to stop because of loss of power. press clutch in and the engine revs smooth but only ~3k rpm. in gear no mater which one, nothing.

I stopped along the interstate looked for air related problems and sensors plugged in. nothing.

thought maybe clogged fuel filter so i held the pressure relief in for a while (on the fuel rail). truck runs good for approx. 10 miles have to do the same thing every 10 miles.

Get home, change filter, problem still there. read codes, three of them.
1. fuel circuit A to high
other 2 codes were bank running lean.

the only thing i could guess is maybe fuel pump relay, fuel pump or trash somewhere?

funny thing is, i can take out the little valve stem thing on the fuel rail turn on the key and get a good flow for a couple secs. i don't understand.

When i do press the pressure release i do get some air coming out before fuel. then sometimes i hardly get anything coming out, then others a solid stream of gas that hits the hood.

Anyone have any idea what it might be? need to get this fixed asap for school.

fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail controls fuel feed at various speeds, could be vacume line to it or it may be going bad.
