Idle drops down sometimes

Sometimes when I come to a stop the trucks idle will drop down to like 500rpm or less and shake like its about to stall, but only for a few seconds max and then it goes away. It doesn't happen often, but more then I like. It has new oil and plugs, air filter looks pretty new and clean, last week did sea foam in the vac line. I need to still put a new fuel filter in it since I don't know hold old the one that it has now is, as well as run sea foam in the gas tank for 1 tank.

Any ideas? I have 60k miles btw.

my only idea is to adjust the idle higher than you normally have it. that way, when it does drop down and shake, it will drop down to ur normal idle speed. also, check the idle control wire thingy, dont know wats it called, but the wire. remember the guy who just broke his?

It's probably your IAC (Idle Air Control) valve. You can try taking it apart, and cleaning it first, but more than likely, you will have to replace it.
It's mounted on the throttle body, and looks a lot like this:

The only way to adjust idle speed is with a PCM tuner.

That screw is not intended to adjust idle speed!!! By turning it, you can screw-up things like the TPS idle voltage.

It's your IAC... go get it replaced with a brand new one, cleaning them is just a band-aid.

I just got mine replaced and it doesn't do that anymore.

Mine used to do taht too...I wouldn't doubt I need a new IAC. Mine did it because of the pullies.
