For all those having trouble with overheating...

My truck never overheated, but it ran warm. And I didn't like that. So I found that a 5.0 v8 radiator has 3 stages of cooling, where our 3.0 only has one. And now 200 buck later, my truck on a normal day won't even reah a forth of the way warm. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Pretty sure that its only a 2 core in the expo's rad. i ran my 5.0 with my ranger for a while, but towing at 65 on really hot day made me purchase the bigger one.

i put a new tstat and hardcore flushed the system out. its a ton better.

110+ AZ temps and I have an under-drive pulley on and mine never even comes close to overheating. I use the 160* thermostat.

I have an 87 with a 2.9 v6 . Overheats mostly in town with the a/c on , I was considering installing an elect. cooling fan , but now I have to wonder about the under drive pully Which would be the best set up I assume a place like Summit would have the pulley . Whats the opinion?
