Connecting transmission to engine
 

So recently I have done a clutch job on my 1987 Ford ranger 2.9 manual Toyo Koygo 5 speed. After installing new clutch and slave cylinder I can’t push pass the last 2 inches to mate the motor to transmission . The slave cylndier is touching the clutch cover and won’t compress to mate them already removed the bleeder drew to try to help it compress.
Tell me if I’m doing something wrong or if missing something, thanks in advance.
