Misfiring and Hesitation!

I've had this for a while now. I can feel it misfire a lot after i fill up and when the engine down shifts during low rpms.

First I replaced on of the cats and it solved for a short period of time.

It came back and found plug in cylinder six fouled. Replaced plugs and wires and got a little better.

Got worse again then i cleaned throttle body, maf sensor, and replaced pcv valve. I thought I repaired it completely. CEL flashed THEN stayed on. I havent been able to get codes yet though.

It isn't nearly as bad but still occurs mostly after filling up and during low rpm's. It also idles rough every now and then. I'm hoping fuel filter?

You can try that and see if it helps. Usually a fuel filter will be ok at idle and light throttle since the engine doesn't require as much fuel at these times. But its worth a shot.

I'm starting to think it isnt the fuel filter anymore. The oil pressure gauge correlates directly with the misfires of the engine. The needle reads no pressure and the goes back to normal everytime the engine misfires. It does this when the it is idling rough.

Could it be the cam synchro?
