o2 sensor voltage?

well i think i'm stumbling onto my stalling and running rich problem. i ran the scanner on my truck today and both my 02's say they are rich' ones voltage is 0.78 and the other 0.20 is this normal? or should i replace both of them? i tried searching for voltage but to no answer.

i think like .5 and below is lean and .5 and above is rich or somethign like that. it is possible that those are correct and somethign else is wrong. like incorrect fuel pressure on one bank.
