Oil pressure sensor & Spark plugs

So I'm trying to finish up a tuneup on my 98 Ranger, the last thing I really need is just the spark plugs and well another little situation...

I came across some threads that explained how ford made the waste/distributor and how the spark plus were different in each head, etc (I can't lie it was fairly confusing as I'm still learning )
after a couple of reads I can't seem to figure out what type of plugs I need, I understand that they need to be double platinum but I can't find a definitive answer...

with that being said what spark plug brand, material, and size (or part #) would I need? would I also need 2 different types of plugs?

the other thing is my oil pressure sensor... well rather the connection going to the sensor...
I had noticed I wasn't getting a reading for the oil pressure. As I went to replace the sensor and found it was just fine but without the cable (or clamp?)
after finding the connection the cable was somehow mangled/ripped and I'm struggling to find a repair.

could I still replace the connection? is there a replacement for the connector?

( ill post a picture as soon as I can)

The original plugs, one side was platinum tip, the other side was platinum electrode.

Double platinum takes care of that problem, those are what you now need.

Your oil pressure switch connector can be found at a Wrecking yard, any Fords around your year should use the same oil pressure switch and connector
