maybe a rebuild

I went out mudding a couple weeks ago and then my truck started running bad so I took it into the dealership on friday and they just called me and told me that I had low compression on two cylinders and it is probably caused by some mud getting in the engine because my air filter had mud on it and mud in my intake tube. So my question is if I got mud in my engine is their anything I can do besides a rebuild?

thanks Ryan

What is the comp on all the cylinders? You would have to get a lot of mud in it to hurt it and mud would have a hard time getting into the cyl.. Dust would hurt it more and the comp would be low on all or several cyl.
