Pulling Torque Converter With Engine
I'm in the process of pulling the 3.0 out of my 2006 STX... The engine is seized so I'll be pulling the torque converter along with it. I already purchased a new transmission seal because I heard they tend to get damaged during the pull. Is there anything else I should be cautious of, any tips or tricks to make it go as smooth as possible (not that it ever does go smoothly lol) I'm wondering if I should drain the transmission fluid to minimize the mess or is that not necessary?
