Putting a 98 motor into a 96
I bought a 98 ranger with a crate motor so I could swap the blown up 3.0 in my 96. I swapped the lower and upper intake manifolds, wiring harness, etc., but when I tried to put the motor in I realized only one of the motor mount brackets from my 4x4 M/T Splash fit onto the 98 motor, which was an automatic 2wd. How do I get over this issue?
