2004 Ranger throttle lightly sticking

Excuse me if this thread is in the wrong forum, this is my first time on this website. So ever since I've owned my car, I've noticed that occasionally my throttle will tend to stick in a bit after i release it. It usually happens within the first 5 minutes of driving after starting up. It's very VERY slight, but I can notice it super easily because the exhaust is super loud (previous owner installed aftermarket exhaust system). I honestly believe the throttle is sticking though because it takes longer to rev down to idle once I engage the clutch. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
